Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time. Hush covers are made to order and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted.

Delivery time. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is free at checkout; an expedited option may be available for an additional charge.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are in the carrier's control. If your tracking stalls or a package appears lost, contact support@avrenforge.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the correct address is confirmed (reshipment costs may apply).
